To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established a set of policies that outline our booking, cancellation, and service terms. Deposits for New Clients/Full sets

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, we require a $40 deposit for all appointments booked by new clients, as well as all full sets This deposit will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

  • Deposit Amount: $40

  • Applicability: Required for all appointments booked by new clients, every full set appointment.

  • Payment Method: Deposits must be sent via e-transfer. Your designated lash tech will contact you with the deposit information and email address for sending the transfer.

  • Profile Information: Please ensure that the correct contact number is listed on your profile so we can reach you with the necessary details. Appointments will be canceled if the deposit is not received or if there is an issue with the provided contact information.

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that situations can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy:

  • Notice Required: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can manage your appointment by logging into your Wix account.

  • Deposit Forfeiture: For clients who have paid a deposit, if you do not show up for your appointment, your $40 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation Fee for Clients Without a Deposit: For clients without a deposit: Fill appointments, a $40 fee will be charged for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late and we are unable to fulfill your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, for clients without a deposit, a $40 cancellation fee will incur. Appointments that can still proceed with a late delay (20 min+) a $15 late fee may apply if the delay impacts service.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit if applicable. Clients without a deposit: Fill appointments will incur a $40 no-show fee

  • Aftercare Matters: To keep your service looking its best, it’s important to follow the aftercare instructions provided. If there are any issues due to aftercare regarding retention, additional charges may apply for any necessary adjustments.

  • Fix-Up Charges: If you need any touch-ups or corrections due to aftercare concerns, we’ll let you know about any associated costs before proceeding.
